Job Details

Directly responsible for electrical testing of Camera Control Units (CCU), Shaver Console Units (SCU), Electro Surgical Units (ESU), and Camera Heads (CH) by performing FCO (Final Checkout), FCL (Final Check List), and other automated or manual electrical tests. Test electronic components, sub-assemblies, and completed systems per test instructions and SOP. Test products using computer programs, Digital Multi Meters, Oscilloscopes, light measurement equipment, waveform monitors, and other digital and analog electrical test equipment. Record test results into database applications. Review numerical and graphical data and make recommendations to improve process yields. Responsible for complying with medical device industry standards in Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Accurate document test results in Device History Records (DHR). Capturing test non-conformances per Quality requirements.
