We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Insurance Analyst to support our insurance programs, claims oversight, and risk data reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global business environment, has strong technical skills, and is eager to grow their career in corporate risk management.ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration of global insurance programs across various coverages including property, casualty, workers' compensation, liability, cargo, EPL, and cyberCoordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to manage underwriting data, renewal submissions, and compliance reviews for COIs and contractsAssist with claims intake, reporting, and coordination with adjusters and carriers, while tracking status, payments, and reservesMaintain and analyze risk-related data including schedules of values (SOVs), COPE data, and insurance spend to develop reports and dashboardsContribute to budgeting and actuarial analysis for insurance renewals and accrualsConduct research on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments to support risk management initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in special projects such as loss prevention, contract reviews, and compliance auditsDrive continuous improvement efforts within the Risk Management teamQualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Risk Management, Insurance, Math, or Economics/BusinessAssociate in Risk Management (ARM) or Associate in Claims (AIC) a plusExperience4+ years of progressive experience in insurance, claims, risk management, or a related discipline (insurance carrier or broker)Experience supporting insurance renewals, underwriting submissions, and managing Certificates of InsuranceExperience in a global footwear or apparel company is a plusSkills & CompetenciesExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and TeamsProficient in Oracle and Adobe AcrobatExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesWhat We'll Give YouCompetitive Pay and Bonuses - We've created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they're valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - Plans to protect income, pay for expenses and invest in the future.Time away from work - Plans support time off for health, family, and rejuvenation.Extras, discounts and perks - Discounts and community-based programs.Growth and Development - Opportunities and support for personal and professional development.Health and Wellness - Comprehensive health and wellness programs.$80,000 - $90,000 - The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location (or specific non-CA remote location).
