Create and update team schedules, payroll and other employee documents. Responsible for managing the performance of the department staff. Supervise others and take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest rooms according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
