Job Details

Work under the guidance of Operations Supervisor. Become an expert on all working aspects of bike share fleet. Perform safety checks and repairs in the field and shop. Repair bikes as needed to company specifications. Diagnose E-bike issues via diagnostic software tool. Manage inventory of parts and tools both in shop and on cargo bike. Perform in field repairs on occasion. Perform basic repairs and maintenance on cargo bikes when necessary. Handle public interactions in the field in a friendly and professional manner. Will require a combination of days in the bike shop and fieldwork. Must diligently maintain accurate service records for all repairs completed. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:Requires a High School diploma or GED. Bicycle mechanic experience preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Bike Share experience is a plus. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software.
