A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Training Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesLead external training programs for client facility billing teams, focusing on both foundational and advanced revenue cycle processesServe as a subject matter expert in billing, claims management, and payer requirements while supporting internal training initiativesDevelop and maintain training materials and collaborate with client leadership to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training plansRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationMinimum of five years of hands-on billing experience in Critical Access Hospitals or Rural Health ClinicsPrior experience in training, education, or mentoring is strongly preferredHigh School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferredIn-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing rules and regulations, as well as commercial payer policiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems such as Meditech, CPSI, EPIC, and Cerner
