A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Service & AR Support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Customer Service Department, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring of staffEnsure compliance with call center objectives and performance standards while addressing operational issuesPrepare reports and analyze data to assist management in determining call center goalsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fieldAt least 3 years of call center experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred3 years of medical collections experience; anesthesia billing experience preferredProficiency in using multiple practice management systems and running system reportsStrong analytical skills and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation guidelines
