A company is looking for a Warehouse Supplier Warranty Expert to work remotely, requiring residence in the New Holland, PA or Racine, WI area.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and review high-value warranty claims, approving or reversing payments and leading recovery actionsReceive, inspect, pick, package, and ship parts and assemblies while maintaining warehouse organizationProvide technical support to suppliers and internal warranty teams, ensuring compliance with warranty agreementsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handlingAbility to safely lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 80 lbsBasic computer proficiency, including experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions in English
