A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation who can manage a diverse litigation and pre-litigation docket.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of in-house litigation support, including discovery, mediations/arbitrations, trials, and appealsDevelop and manage litigation strategies and budgets, including early case assessments and risk mitigation strategiesCollaborate with other legal departments and select outside counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for the companyRequired QualificationsJD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentialsCurrent bar admission in good standingMinimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in a law firm and in-house legal departmentStrong litigation background with knowledge of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial workPreference for candidates with experience in life sciences companies
