What You Will Do:

• Manage overall project delivery including planning, contracts, and execution

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance

• Coordinate subcontractors, negotiate agreements, and track progress

• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project updates

• Identify and manage risks and support project closeout

What you bring:

• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field

• Eight to ten years of construction experience with leadership exposure

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, budgeting, and scheduling

• Effective communication and problem solving skills

• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
