Rosewood Hotels - - Responsibilities: Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies and equipment; report shortages to supervisor.; Retrieving and washing soiled wares, transporting supplies and food to service areas, and assisting in plating up Banquet meals.; Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.; Handle all wares carefully to prevent breakage and loss; operate dishwashing machines and maintain chemicals usage.; Assist Banquet Chef with plating up hot Banquet meals and transport to Banquet function area.
