A company is looking for a Tax Manager (Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the domestic ASC 740 income tax provision and manage the preparation and filing of all domestic income tax returnsOversee the calculation and submission of estimated tax payments and other tax filings, while partnering with internal stakeholders for accurate dataMonitor changes in tax law, coordinate with external tax advisors, and manage IRS and state tax examinationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting required; master's degree in taxation preferredMinimum 5-10 years of progressive corporate tax experienceStrong technical knowledge of Federal, State, and Local income taxation and ASC 740Demonstrated experience with current and deferred tax calculations and disclosuresStrong Microsoft Excel skills
