Our data and analytics team works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and business leaders toidentifyopportunities for improvingcustomerexperience and accelerate our business's growth in support of this mission.This is a unique opportunity to bring your knowledge of enterprise software offerings, as well as your understanding of data science methods and best practices, to help CoreTrust deliver the best experience possible for our customers and partners.ResponsibilitiesWork with other teams across CoreTrust to develop key metrics to achieve business outcomes.Work cross functionally to translate business problems into solutions that can be solved and informed by data and automated with AI Agents.Have curiosity and apply analytical skills to dive deep into data to find key insights that impact the business.Develop models of usage, user behavior & business behavior to make recommendations and influence the product road map.Be a champion of AB testing. Design, execute and analyze experiments to prove product change attribution.Utilize tools like SQL, Python, LLMs and platforms like Azure AI Foundry or Amazon Bedrock to execute analysis and create AI applications.Track and monitor projects in JIRADesign, implement, and maintain analytics, models and LLM-driven scripts/softwareWork with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements and generate actionable insightsWork as part of a team to maintain a high-quality data lake houseServe as a subject matter expert on machine learning, AI agents, and statisticsBe part of the Data Science Team to share ideas and best practicesCreate dashboards and reports to clearly and concisely communicate results and insightsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)OR Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)4+ years of experience in data science and analyticsExperience with design and maintenance of advanced data systemsDeep understanding of data modeling, statistics, and data visualization conceptsComfortable working with data in a variety of formats and languages, like CSV, Parquet, XLSX, JSON, etc. and SQL/PythonExperience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, RAG-based chatbots, AI Agents, LLMs and other foundational AI/GenAI modelsAbility to use your understanding of statistics and modeling to explain complex outputs to non-technical team membersExperience with tools like PowerBI, Snowflake, N8N, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, CursorBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageFree individual employee medical coverageCompany subsidized dental and vision coverageDollar for dollar 401(k) match up to 6% of your salary with immediate vestingCompany-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing and mental health$1500 annual stipend for undergraduate/graduate college courses; $500 annual stipend for continuing education courses/certificationsFree snacks and beverages on-siteBrand new, state-of-the-art, tech-enabled work environment in downtown NashvilleFlexible/hybrid work culture
