Position Overview
The Payroll Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager oversees the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of payroll-driven billing and receivables processes. In a home care setting, this role ensures caregiver hours flow cleanly from payroll into billing; claims meet payer requirements, and collections are timely and audit-ready. The position emphasizes oversight, controls, and continuous improvement rather than day-to-day transaction processing.
*Candidates must live and be available for on‑site work at our Santa Barbara office, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm*
