Salary Range: $20 - $25 per hour

Pasta Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare food for service.
• Set up and stock all necessary supplies.
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously with attention to detail
• Ensure proper product handling to control shrinkage and waste.
• Assist as needed in the preparation of food products, catering, and special orders.
• Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean.
• Follow daily cooking lists and complete work in the allotted time.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Pay Transparency (California SB 1162 Compliance)

This position is expected to pay within the range of $16.50 plus tips per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This range reflects the base pay for this role and does not include other compensation or benefits.

WhoWeAreLookingFor

• 2 years of pasta production preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a line cook
• Excellent knife skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• ServSafe and Food Handler Certification are required
