A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to drive strategic space planning excellence and optimize space utilization.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with migration planning and sequencing of moves, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelinesMaximize space use while recommending and enforcing space policies and proceduresPrepare and update reports on seat demand and capacity, and forecast inventory changesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field with 3-5 years of experienceAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD, with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of corporate real estate, space planning principles, and forecasting methodologiesAbility to prepare project status reports and reconcile discrepancies in seat count projectionsExperience fostering relationships with various stakeholders, including Corporate Real Estate and Finance teams
