A company is looking for a Military Counseling Triage Consultant (Tele-work).Key Responsibilities:Answer calls and live chats, identifying participant inquiries and providing referrals or informationConduct DoD Survivor Surveys and enter results into the DoD Survivor Survey PlatformProvide outbound contact services to ensure participant needs are met and escalate potentially harmful incidents as necessaryRequired Qualifications:Must pass criminal history, fingerprint, and credential review/verification as per DODI 1402.05Must successfully complete a DoD-initiated Tier 2 Suitability InvestigationMust be a U.S. CitizenFluent English speaker
