A company is looking for a Manager of Compliance and Asset Management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with underwriting and structuring NMTC transactions ensuring compliance with tax code and allocation agreementsPrepare annual CDE compliance reports to the U.S. Treasury Department's CDFI Fund via the AMIS reporting systemMonitor CDE compliance with NMTC Program and Allocation Agreement, including performing Sub-All and Redemption testingRequired QualificationsBA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field4+ years of experience in community development finance, structured finance, or commercial loansKnowledge of tax credit financing with specific experience with NMTC requiredExperience working with CDEs, lenders, and investorsProficiency in Excel
