A company is looking for an HR Coordinator I to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to the HR team and assists with employee onboardingMaintains employee records, processes unemployment claims, and facilitates HR-related inquiriesSupports HR reporting and assists with compliance audits and internal processesRequired QualificationsTwo to four years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with an HRIS platform such as WorkdayExceptional organizational and interpersonal skillsEmployees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
