A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer to support Agile teams in delivering enterprise solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile and SAFe practices across a Pega Agile Release TrainPrepare, plan, and lead PI Planning events and follow through activitiesManage and sequence the ART roadmap to optimize throughput and resource utilizationRequired Qualifications8+ years facilitating Agile delivery across multiple teams or programsSAFe 5.0 or newer certification (RTE preferred)Proven experience operating within large scale Agile or SAFe environmentsStrong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principlesExperience using enterprise Agile delivery platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally)
