A company is looking for a Mortgage Collections Manager to oversee collections operations and staff management in a remote setting.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operations of the Collections and SPOC Department through supervisors and staffDevelop and implement monthly collection strategies in compliance with guidelines and corporate goalsManage, coach, and develop staff while ensuring adequate training and adherence to policiesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred6-8 years of default experience with knowledge of default administration and compliance5+ years of supervisory/management experience preferredDemonstrated leadership and management skills in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of investor, government, client policies, and performance metrics
