A company is looking for a Timeshare/Hospitality Inventory Coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update inventory availability, restrictions, and attributes across internal systems and third-party channelsCollaborate with the Inventory team and cross-functional partners to ensure optimal inventory availability and utilizationMonitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies related to availability, unit types, and usage rulesRequired Qualifications1-3 years of experience in inventory coordination, operations, revenue support, or hospitality systemsExperience in hospitality, timeshare, vacation rentals, or travel operations is strongly preferredHighly skilled in working with spreadsheets, data validation, and operational reportingA proactive, team-oriented mindset with an interest in growing into inventory or revenue-focused roles
