A company is looking for a Documentation Specialist II to join their Experience and Partnerships Team in a remote capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end lifecycle of Life New Business and Underwriting forms for accuracy and complianceExecute timely form updates due to regulatory changes and new business initiatives in collaboration with various departmentsServe as a resource for internal stakeholders on forms and documentation usage, governance, and process alignmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience3-7 years of experience in insurance operations, product support, compliance, or forms/document managementAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Editor, and SharePointStrong technical writing and document management skillsExperience in forms governance and familiarity with Life Insurance products
