A company is looking for a Cloud Service Technician to provide premium troubleshooting support for clients.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support for cloud servers, applications, and managed workstationsAddress a variety of technical issues involving servers, connectivity, networking, and securityDocument client interactions and contribute to internal documentation and best practice guidesRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or IT certifications preferredMinimum of 2 years in customer serviceProficiency in Windows OS and familiarity with Citrix environments preferredUnderstanding of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologiesExperience with MS Active Directory and troubleshooting in a virtual desktop infrastructure
