A company is looking for a Remote Assistant Facility Manager.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main contact for facility maintenance issues, fostering relationships with clients and vendorsPlan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry best practicesAdminister the CMMS, manage work orders, and produce reports on maintenance activities and service levelsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred3-4 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with multi-site portfoliosProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage work under time constraints and maintain professionalism in stressful situationsMust be willing to be on call
