A company is looking for an Entitlement Advocate- Bilingual Spanish or Cantonese/Mandarin.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist members with obtaining and retaining financial entitlements, including Medicaid and Medicare applicationsEducate potential members on healthcare plan benefits and facilitate the Medicaid eligibility assessment processMaintain communication with members and relevant parties to ensure timely renewal of Medicaid eligibility and documentation submissionRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED from an accredited institutionMember-facing or customer service experienceAbility to work a 9am-5:30pm schedule and travel throughout designated areasTech-savvy with skills in Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual in Spanish or Cantonese/Mandarin
