A company is looking for a Director of Collections, Recovery & Loss Mitigation Oversight.Key Responsibilities:Provide independent oversight of collections, recovery, and loss mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory expectationsMonitor collections and recovery performance and evaluate vendor management practicesEnsure adherence to consumer protection laws and support regulatory exams and audits related to collections and recoveryQualifications:10+ years of experience in consumer lending, credit risk, collections, recoveries, or loss forecastingExperience in a 2LOD risk management, model risk, or audit functionDemonstrated expertise in collections and recovery strategiesWorking knowledge of U.S. consumer banking regulationsExperience interacting with regulators, internal audit, or compliance functions preferred
