A company is looking for an Education and Workforce Data Strategist to integrate applied research and data science for public sector change management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quantitative analyses using administrative and survey data to support research and evaluation effortsProvide coaching and technical assistance to clients on data use for decision makingDesign and facilitate workshops and trainings to enhance data use capacity among organizationsRequired QualificationsPhD in a related field or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of relevant applied research experienceExperience with research or evaluation projects for public or nonprofit entitiesDemonstrated experience with research design, data analysis, and reportingExperience with various data collection methodologies, including interviews and surveysFamiliarity with federal contracting and compliance standards is preferred
