A company is looking for a People and Culture Specialist to join their team, focusing on employee relations, leave of absence, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day employee relations matters and escalate complex issues to leadershipConduct employee relations reviews and investigations, ensuring thorough documentationAdminister leave of absence and accommodation processes, supporting compliance across jurisdictionsRequired Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent with at least six years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with three years of experienceExperience in employee relations, human resources, or compliance, preferably in a law firm or professional servicesWorking knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple statesExperience managing leave of absence and accommodation processes, including ADA and FMLAStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
