A company is looking for an Assistant Service Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Calibration Service Manager and represent them in their absencePlan, develop strategies, and control workflow to meet customer demandsEnsure compliance with company, customer, and governmental policies and provide technical assistance to staffRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationPMEL or TMDE training with military experience in calibration and 5+ years of civilian experience, including 1 year in a supervisory rolePreferred Bachelor's Degree in a technical field from an accredited institution5+ years of experience in repair and calibration of instruments in progressively responsible positionsExperience in identifying, training, and motivating laboratory personnelKnowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and corporate quality procedures
