A company is looking for a Client Coordinator to serve as a point of contact for clients and provide administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between clients and Client Managers, addressing client inquiries and concernsFacilitate client-specific reports and assist in the preparation for meetings and presentationsCollaborate with various departments to ensure timely responses to client needs and issuesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar TPA or insurance environmentKnowledge of benefit-related federal laws (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA)Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plansAbility to travel as required for this position (10%-20%)
