Position: Assembler I
Position Profile

The Assembler I plays a vital role in supporting the assembly process to ensure the timely delivery of components that meet quality and performance standards. This positionperforms a variety of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks under well-defined instructions and established safety and quality guidelines.

The Assembler I works closely with the Cell Lead and Department Supervisor, contributing both independently and as part of a collaborative team across multiple production areas. This role also includes participation in continuous improvement efforts, including quality testing, daily performance review, problem-solving activities, and a department-wide 5S program.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations
• Follow written and verbal work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Conduct basic quality testing to ensure product performance standards are met
• Support on-time delivery goals through teamwork and individual accountability
• Participate in daily performance reviews and team problem-solving efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment through 5S practices
• Safely operate equipment and follow machine operation instructions
• Assist in various production areas as assigned

• Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and speak)
• Ability to count accurately and perform basic math
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Competency using hand tools
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Basic computer skills preferred (e.g., Microsoft Office, email), but not required
