Packaging And Quality Control SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Packaging: Accurately and efficiently pack cocoa products into designated containers, boxes, or packaging materials.Labeling: Apply labels and seals to finished products in accordance with company standards.Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities, ensuring they meet the company's quality and safety standards.Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by ensuring all packed items are properly stored and accounted for.Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized packing area, adhering to health and safety regulations.Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Prior experience in packaging or production roles (preferred).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Basic math skills for accurate labeling and inventory tracking.Ability to lift and move boxes or containers of various weights (up to 25kg).Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a production setting.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods.Ability to bend, lift, and carry items regularly.Comfortable working in a factory/production environment.
