Description:----This is a Temp to Hire PositionRESPONSIBILITIES:---- Will work in lean manufacturing work cells, performing final assembly of our IR camera products and core's.-- Responsibilities include following lean manufacturing processes and reading and following work instructions-- Will be responsible for ensuring quality of work---- Assemblers must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn new skills, as they are required to train and learn to assemble new products and work across various product lines--SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:-- Fine Motor Skills required to assemble small parts---- Ability to use small tools and possess a great attention to detail-- Ability to Read, Write, Speak, and comprehend English-- Ability to follow verbal and written work instruction---- Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a team environment.-- Soldering experience highly desired-- Computer skills may be required to read and enter data-- Must understand quality requirements for assembling products-- Inspection of products may be requiredPM18Requirements:--QUALIFICATIONS: (Education and experience)-- High School Diploma-- Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferredPI923b4f0b1ba2-25660-#######1
