Design, develop and maintain electronic and software-based test systems used to characterize and automatically test infrared detectors and readouts. Generate and monitor tester and product performance using SPC methods and principals. Work closely with product development to ensure test capability is delivered to meet program needs and timeline. Author / assist with yield improvement projects and goals. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Define, create, assemble and configure automated test equipment (ATE)Hands-on debugging and validation of test software and hardware. Validate performance of new hardware designs against requirement documents. Create project timelines, test procedures and validation plans. Analyze test data and generate reports. Design / review analog and digital circuit designs. Research / develop / recommend new test hardware relating to high speed analog and digital acquisition.
