Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities: Prepare food items according to standard recipes and guest checks; Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production; Visually inspect and select food items of the highest standard; Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen; Be readily available/approachable for all guests and assist other departments as needed
