Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long-Term Care (LTC)!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated RN looking to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic RN to join our reputable SNF/LTC team. In this vital role, you will provide top-quality care to our residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive environment. Enjoy a consistent schedule with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends off—perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of LTC/SNF protocols and regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Certification in CPR/BLS
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN preferred)
• Previous experience in SNF or LTC environments is highly valued
• At least 1-2 years of nursing experience in a similar setting

Other Requirements:

• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Must comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations
• Ability to adapt to varying needs of residents and team members
