Front Porch - 3775 Modoc Road - Responsibilities: Plan and carry out comprehensive programming addressing the six dimensions of whole person wellness; Coordinate resident and outside community member volunteers needed for Life Enrichment programming; Supervise 1-4 Life Enrichment Assistants as well as volunteers; Coordinates all necessary transportation; Follows department safety standards and OBRA/Title 22 guidelines
