Job Title: Logistics Associate
Location: Goleta, CA, 93117
Duration: 12 months
Payrate: $23 -25/hr
Work Type: Onsite
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday through Friday)

Description:

What is the primary mission of this role?

• As a Logistics Associate you will support the Goleta, CA logistics team and perform key Logistics processes.
• You will be required to work independently and provide high quality work while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• You also will be required to adhere to all safety standards, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks, and follow all department rules and regulations.
• You will be receptive to teamwork, collaboration, and communication as these are key attributes to your success.

• Stocking material, kitting material, cycle counting material, and packaging/shipping material while transacting all functions in SAP system.
• Required Skill Sets: Experience in a warehouse environment, ability to follow safety guidelines, warehouse management system experience (SAP preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment where multi-tasking is required
• Years of Experience Required (if any): 5+

• High School Diploma required; associate degree Preferred.
• How will the contractor's success be measured? Hitting monthly metric targets for stocking and shipping
