We're partnering with a fast-growing Series B to hire their first Product Manager for the AI team owning a core product already used by leading brands like DoorDash, Stripe, and Lululemon.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational, high-ownership role, working directly with the founders to define and scale an AI-driven insights platform.

The role

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a core AI product
• Work directly with enterprise customers to shape product direction
• Design and ship new AI features using LLMs (0?1)
• Define and measure AI performance (evaluation frameworks, datasets, metrics)
• Partner closely with engineering to take ideas from concept to production
• Identify and launch new product opportunities

What they're looking for

• 4+ years in Product Management (AI, data, or highly technical products)
• Strong technical depth, you can prototype and work closely with engineers
• Experience building 0?1 products in fast-paced environments
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and enterprise customers
• Builder mindset with a high level of ownership

Ideal backgrounds

• Ex-engineer turned PM
• Early-stage startup PM or founder-type profile
• Technical PM in AI / data / analytics companies

This role requires someone onsite in Santa Barbara 5 days a week, so please only apply if you are able to commit to 5 days onsite or if you are willing to relocate to Santa Barbara.
