Front Porch - - Responsibilities: Installs, maintains, paints, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems on the grounds and structures and apparatus of facilities.; Provides quality customer service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.; Repairs and installs plumbing, gas and electric water heaters, gas furnace, and other apparatus and equipment as assigned.; Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.; Performs repairs and refurbishment for resident accommodations and other structures of the facility.
