Rosewood Hotels - - Responsibilities: Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies and equipment; report shortages to supervisor.; Retrieve and wash soiled wares and transport them to the dishwashing station.; Assist in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment; assist Banquet Chef with plating up hot Banquet meals.; Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.; Operate dishwashing machine; monitor and adjust chemicals and temperatures for each cycle.
