Front Porch - - Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for the reception area and maintain open and effective communication channels with internal team members, vendors, and all visitors, cultivating positive relationships on behalf of the manager.; Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.; Log and oversee the completion of key systems and provide follow-up for various tasks.; Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.; Train new team members in reception and update and manage the shared ride coordinator, if applicable, in the community.
