Client Customer Service Representative (Financial Services)

A large, well-established financial services organization is seeking Client Customer Service Representatives to join a high-volume, phone-based support team. This role supports advisors and internal partners with compensation and billing-related inquiries.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with banking or investment industry experience who enjoy problem-solving and delivering strong customer service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a frontline contact for inbound client and advisor inquiries via phone and email
  • Research and resolve compensation and billing questions
  • Make outbound calls to partners to investigate commissions and payments
  • Document and track cases accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute ideas to improve the client experience
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (financial services or banking preferred)
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to ask probing questions and think critically
  • Driven to find answers while knowing when to escalate
  • Emotionally intelligent and socially aware
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Banking or investment experience is a plus

Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday-Wednesday in Fort Mill
  • Collaborative, fast-paced team environment
  • Potential for conversion to permanent based on performance and business needs
