Our client is one of the biggest manufacturers of lighting technology in the United States. They work on a variety of different projects, often creating the lights used for big stadiums, music venues, and other major events. Location: Carpinteria Pay Range: $18.50-21/hour We are seeking a professional and punctual inventory associate to join our client's main operation, which is in Carpinteria, CA. You will be one of the main associates in the inventory and material handling department, responsible for carefully packing the right materials into the correct boxes. You will also: · Properly handle the product and place it into the right boxes. · Obtain the shipping labels, and label the boxes accordingly · Double-check with the shipping team to verify the order's completion · Process the sales orders, utilizing the company system. · Other duties as assigned. This is what we will be looking for in your candidacy: You have at least 2+ years of Warehouse experience You have strong computer and communication skills. You know how to use MS Office products like Word and Excel You can lift to 50 lbs. on occasion You move quickly, and you know how to get orders done expediently. You are fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). You are familiar with inventory parts (3-6 months to reach proficiency). You have a high school diploma or higher level of education.
