Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Manage and help develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
• Monitor and track progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage budgets, conduct revenue forecasting, and oversee invoicing and collections processes with precision and expertise.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum.
• Manage project dependencies and facilitate effective communication across teams.
• Oversee and coordinate projects across multiple locations, necessitating occasional travel to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and sales teams to align project objectives with business goals.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients to ensure project success.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Resource Management:

• Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
• Manage and monitor resource utilization, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Manage sub contractors and internal labor to complete projects.

Project Quality and Delivery:

• Establish and enforce project management best practices and standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement effective change management processes to address project scope changes and requirements.
• Regularly engage with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction, actively participating in meetings, surveying project progress, and addressing their needs throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project alignment.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and risks.
• Address stakeholder concerns promptly, seeking resolutions that maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, within the physical security or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, including surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification preferred but not required
