Partnership Enablement Manager

Description:

The Partnership Enablement Manager is a key leader in designing, executing and measuring the success of our partner enablement initiatives. This role involves developing a comprehensive enablement strategy, building scalable frameworks for various partner types (i.e. resellers, system integrators, referral partners) and ensuring that our teams have the training, tools and resources needed for success. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can blend strategic planning with hands-on program management, work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and drive partner influencedrevenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute on a partner enablement strategy that aligns with overall company goals for revenue growth and market expansion
  • Work with partner leadership to create scalable frameworks that address the unique objectives of different partner segments
  • Manage and optimize a partner database to ensure easy access to information about potential and existing partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, product and customer support to ensure alignment in messaging and delivery
  • Define and track key performance indicators for partner success
  • Use data and reporting to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and provide regular performance reviews to leadership.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 10 + Years of Experience
  • A background in the financial industry, specifically core processing
  • A background with technology companies / managed service providers is a plus
