Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as directed; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, yards, parking areas, and perimeter lines, watching for irregular activity and conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access; Control access through gates and entry points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and documenting deliveries and contractor activity per site procedures; Complete detailed reports of security-related activity, incidents, and patrol observations, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and site leadership
