Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution.; Monitor entry points and public areas for unusual activity and/or policy violations, reporting concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, and/or alarm activations.; Conduct regular and random patrols of galleries, offices, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized access and/or damage to property.; Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate status updates to appropriate contacts, and assist with access control such as checking credentials and/or managing visitor flow.
