Century Group is partnering with a hospitality company who is seeking an Accounting Manager. This position will be fully onsite in their Santa Barbara office and is contract-to-hire. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $47 to $50 per hour.

Job Description:

• Directs and coordinates the activities of the Corporate Accounts Payable Team
• Responsible for hiring, conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary measures, and terminations of the staff
• Assures that the duties and responsibilities of each job are clearly defined, effective and communicated to the staff
• Prepares Payroll related accounting entries and reconciliations
• Assists in development of annual budgets
• Maintains and monitors the fixed asset depreciation system

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and documents
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Applications
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference

• Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience and/or training with five years previous experience as a manager
