This is not a school job. It's a trust job.
Alpha is redefining what school looks like for families who don't settle for average, inefficiency, or legacy systemsthat no longer work. Our students complete core academics in just two focused hours a day using AI-powered learning, then spend the rest of their time building real-world skills that most schools never touch. The result is top 1% outcomes nationwide—and families who expect clarity, judgment, and follow-through.
To support that level of ambition, we are hiring a senior, on-the-ground relationship leader to be the face, voice, and steady hand for Alpha families in Santa Barbara.
You understand how Santa Barbara actually works.
Trust is built over time. Reputation is personal. And credibility travels quietly through long-standing relationships, shared values, and community presence.
You will be the connective tissue between Alpha and families who are deeply intentional about where and how their children are educated.
From the first serious conversation through long-term advocacy, you are the constant. You lead thoughtful, high-consideration discussions. You host polished, well-run information sessions. You navigate nuance with calm authority. When questions or concerns arise, you address them early, clearly, and with discretion.
You are highly visible on campus and genuinely embedded in the local community. Faculty teach. Leadership sets direction. You ensure families feel informed, confident, and supported at every step.
You are someone families already trust.
You've worked in environments where relationships are long-term, decisions are personal, and discretion is expected. People listen to you because you are steady, prepared, and thoughtful. You know how to balance reassurance with honesty and leadership with humility.
Your background may include philanthropy, private client services, luxury hospitality, education, or community-centered organizations. What matters most is the pattern: families relied on you, returned to you, and referred others to you.
You're comfortable in settings where reputation is earned slowly, credibility matters more than titles, and trust compounds over time. You don't need scripts or pressure to influence outcomes. You lead through presence.
Alpha exists because the old model isn't working.
2-Hour Learning compresses what matters, elevates real-world skill building, and challenges the assumption that more time in class automatically leads to better outcomes. Families choose Alpha because they want rigor, clarity, and results—and a trusted partner to help them navigate something genuinely different.
If you are energized by building long-term trust, shaping community reputation, and supporting families through meaningful decisions, this role gives you the authority and platform to do your best work.
